It is to be expected. growing companies will look for talents everywhere they can find them, and with increasing life standards in the developing countries, people are not against moving over there at least for a limited time. What's more, with the pay they'd usually perceive in the US they can live three to four times as luxuriously in India. And even when they are not supposed to move over there, and they become the faces those companies offer to foreign markets, it's important to see the playing field being leveled from both sides...
